Booking Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the professional fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with any presenter expenses, will be invoiced after the program is completed.

  • Rescheduling: If a seminar, workshop, or speaker event is rescheduled after travel arrangements have been made, any charges from third-party vendors (e.g., airlines) will be invoiced, along with the 50% deposit, which will be applied toward the new event date.

  • Cancellations:

    • If the event is canceled between 30 to 7 days before the event, 50% of the professional fee will be due.

    • If canceled within 7 days of the event, the entire professional fee will be due.
